STYLISH & INVITING

This property sleeps six and is on the beach side of the very handsome St Regulus building. A rather grand wooden staircase sets the tone that is carried on in the apartment. It has three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a downstairs loo with an additional shower, a big airy kitchen and a stylish, inviting living room. It also has a number of delightful seating nooks here and there.  The sea view grabs you when you enter the kitchen and living area downstairs and in the master bedroom and when you open the windows you get the sound of the sea to accompany the view. It is a very short walk to the beach.

There is a great range of art that you can admire from the comfort of an easy chair and that may even stop you half way up the internal staircase. There is an original table football , lots of books, games and beach equipment to enjoy. The house sleeps six but has a sense of proportion that makes it feel bigger and grander.

Although there is some outside space for parking one car and a wee seat to enjoy a drink outside, there is no garden. Therefore we have a no pets policy in the house.
