IN THE HEART OF ELIE

Bank 13 is the eastern half of the building that can be rented separately and comes with an attached bothy. All the bedroom are downstairs, below the living and eating space upstairs.

The house sleeps six in 3 bedrooms, all of which are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have French windows on to the courtyard and the third bedroom is at the front of the house.  Two bedrooms are en-suite and there is a further family bathroom.

This house has a lovely first floor  terrace just off the living room with two sets of furniture – a dining table and a comfortable seating area.

The kitchen and living room are open plan, light and very comfortable. The dining table in this room can be made to seat fourteen. There is a wine fridge in the kitchen and plenty of space for people to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course just a few minutes walk down the road.

Bank 13 has spacious public areas and is luxuriously decorated in a contemporary style with every comfort considered. Plenty of off street parking.

Well behaved dogs are welcome as long as our dog policy is followed.

THE COURTYARD BOTHY

As mentioned above, The Bothy is rented with Bank 13.  This is a one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom and kitchen / sitting room. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed that adds flexibility to the number of single bed spaces in No. 13.
