Cultural Highlights in the East Neuk – Summer 2026
Early summer is one of the best times to visit Elie, with a packed programme of cultural events taking place across the East Neuk.
The highlight is undoubtedly the East Neuk Festival, running from 1–5 July 2026. This internationally renowned festival brings world-class musicians, ensembles and performers to beautiful venues across Crail, Anstruther, Cellardyke, Kilrenny and beyond, offering visitors a unique blend of culture and coastal scenery.
Looking ahead, the acclaimed Pittenweem Arts Festival returns from 1–8 August 2026, transforming the picturesque fishing village into one of Scotland’s most vibrant arts destinations, with artists exhibiting in homes, studios and unexpected spaces throughout the village.
From classical music and visual arts to local food and community events, summer 2026 offers plenty of reasons to discover the East Neuk – and our houses provide a fabulous base for exploring.
