The East Neuk food scene has gone from strength to strength over the past few years.

Mark Holden always had a passion for art and photography, but over the past 16 years he has developed his talent to include painting. We are very lucky to have five of his paintings hanging at Phoenix House.

We are delighted to add Phoenix House to our portfolio. It’s a five bedroom, five bathroom main door apartment in the very heart of the village, right next door to The Elie Deli.

Over the summer, the land in front of West House has been made into an Ibiza-esque Sea Garden.

At West House, the Old Laundry, once a derelict outbuilding, has been converted and beautifully restored by Nicky over the last six months.

The Station Buffet which had been closed for a while is under new management. It has been buzzing over the last 3 months which bodes well for the new owners, residents and visitors alike. Any pub that can do business in the low season in Elie has a great chance of success throughout the year.
