And the Pier jumping!  As the tide rises each day it acts as a signal to the kids to put their wetsuits on, jump on their bikes and head down.  If you’re there before them, you can see them coming from all angles like a migration of hybrid seals.  On Summer days like we had last year, the Pier is where it’s at.  All the generations are present (although not all taking part!) and there’s always a friendly edge between those that don wetsuits and those who don’t.

There’s never a shortage of things to do in Elie (even if the sun isn’t shining), but let’s hope Summer 2019 is even half as good as this year.
